Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to the websites, hosting and related services provided by Oliver's Web Hosting. By ordering from us or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

Our services

We design, build, host and support websites for businesses. The exact package, add-ons, and scope of your project are agreed with you before work begins.

Quotes and orders

Prices for packages and standard add-ons are shown on our website. Custom work is quoted per project. Placing an order online or confirming a quote by message begins your project.

Payment terms

• A 50% deposit is required to start work on any build. This deposit is non-refundable, as it covers design time.
• The remaining balance is due before your site is launched (made live).
• Hosting & Care is billed monthly ($15/mo) or annually ($150/yr) and begins when your site launches.
• Recurring add-ons (such as business email, priority support or SEO) are billed alongside your Hosting & Care.

Ownership

Once your project is paid in full, the finished website design and content we create for you are yours to keep. Hosting & Care is required to keep your site online, secure and maintained on our servers.

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate business information and any content (text, photos, logos) you want used.
• Confirm you have the right to use any materials you supply to us.
• Review drafts and respond so we can keep your project moving.

Turnaround

We work quickly — starter sites often go live within about 7 days — but timelines are estimates and depend on the package and how quickly we receive your content and feedback.

Third-party services

Some features rely on third parties (for example payment processing, domains, or maps). Their availability and terms are outside our control.

Limitation of liability

We take great care with your site, but to the extent permitted by law, Oliver's Web Hosting is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in question.

Termination

You may cancel Hosting & Care with reasonable notice. If a build is cancelled after work has begun, the deposit is non-refundable and any work completed remains payable as set out in our Refund & Deposit Policy.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of The Commonwealth of The Bahamas.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always posted on this page.
